Decomposition with repeated factors. This is the same as Concept 5 except one
of the factors is repeated.

order to understand the concept?
This concept is similar to concept 5 except that in this
concept is repeated. This means that we have to count up the powers. For
example if we have x^3 we would need to write A/X + B/X^2 + C/X^3
